Dear Reader, this is not just a travel blog

It’s a personal archive of the places that shaped me and the moments that stuck.

This isn’t a list of top ten attractions or 24-hour city blitz guides. It’s personal. The real, messy, in-between parts of traveling that no one posts about — delayed flights, wondering if your layover is long enough (spoiler: it’s usually not), and those unexpected moments that make a trip unforgettable.

I didn’t grow up with fancy trips or a passport full of stamps. My family didn’t fly to Europe — we drove to cheap beach towns or cabins in the woods. I learned how to travel by tagging along with friends’ families, figuring out TSA lines, and hoping that my flight wouldn’t get cancelled.

Travel used to feel impossible. I get why it still does for some people.. the cost, the confusion, the fear of screwing it all up. That’s why I’m sharing this: for the girls watching perfect vacations on their phone screens, wondering how to afford Aruba or plan their first real trip.

This isn’t a blog for tourist traps. It’s a guide to the real moments from every city I’ve touched - the good, the weird, the lessons. The things that made me want to go back.

My hope is that by sharing these pieces of my story, you’ll feel inspired to step out, explore, and connect, not just with new places, but with the world itself. Travel opens your mind in ways nothing else can. And once you start, you’ll never see things the same way again.

Stay tuned for new content
